Study on the determination of melamine,cyromazine and dicyclanil in milk by HPLC-MS/MS

【Objective】To establish a scientific method for monitoring and detecting the residues of melamine,dicyclanil and cyclopromazine in milk.【Method】The protein in the sample was precipitated with 1%trichloroacetic acid-acetonitrile solution,the target analyte was extracted,and the target analyte was enriched and purified by strong cation solid-phase extraction column.Finally,the Waters ultra performance liquid Chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS)was used to determine the residuals of three substances.The mobile phase was eluted with 0.1%formic acid in acetonitrile by using Acquity HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)quantitative.Pretreatment methods and LC and MS conditions were optimized.【Results】The detection limit of melamine,dicyclanil and cyclopromazine residues in milk was 20μg/kg with the recovery of 94%-104%.【Conclusion】The method is sensitive and stable,and can be used for the determination and identification of melamine,dicyclanil and cyclopromazine in milk.
