Digital Logical Controller in the Non-Circulating DC Speed Adjusting System Based on USB2013 Data Acquisition Card

Based on USB2013 data acquisition card control,using MATLAB and SIMULINK tool box to build digital logic non-circulation control signal,this paper realizes digital control to logic non-circulation reversible direct current speed adjusting system.AD、DA conversion data communicates with m file in C++ language of matlab by paogramming, which make the digital signal from the DA output port in usb data acquisition card can control the direct current motor,and also realize digital logic non-circulation system debugging and the PID parameter setting and intelligent control.The results show that this method combines the advantages of data acquisition card and MATLAB soft to make the logic non-circulation control system more convenient debugging,more reliable running and better performance.
