Simulation of Dry-type Phase-shifting Rectifier Transformer Air Force Cooling Based on CFD

Dry-type phase-shifting rectifier transformer is an important power supply for high voltage inverter, it directly affects the safety and life of high voltage inverter operation, the method of airforce cooling for transformer windings,it is the necessary technical means to ensure the heat-resistant stability of the winding insulation system. This paper simulate the winding temperature rise by CFD method, the cooling effect of two typical air duct structures is analyzed and compared, and verified the validity of CFD method, the best air duct structural style is obtained, it provides an effective analysis method for air duct structure selection.
