Objective To investigate the efficacy of naloxone combined with aminophylline in treatment of pediatric respiratory failure and its Influence on CRP. Methods Ninety-two patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups, each group 46 cases. Patients in control group were given regular treatment while those in observation group were given additional naloxone combined with aminophylline. The clinical efficacy and changes in CRP levels of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91. 3%,higher than that of the control group( 73. 9%)( P 0. 05). After treatment, the CRP level in observation group was lower than that of control group( P 0. 01). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Naloxone combined with aminophylline has a better effect on pediatric respiratory failure.
