Influence of BN on ultra-low carbon steel continuous casting mold fluxes properties

C+BN were adopted as skeleton particles in this experiment.A new mold powder was developed in ultra-low carbon continuous production.The properties of mold fluxes can meet the demands of ultra-low carbon continuous casting.C+BN skeleton particles can decrease viscosity,melting temperature,melting rate and crystallizing temperature of the mold powder.
