Research on Present Situation and Countermeasures of the in-post Teaching Practice normal college student in the south of Xinjiang for the Comprehensive University

In-post teaching practice not only can alleviate the shortage of teachers in rural basic education,but also promote the development of education more stable and faster.It will contribute to reforming and improving the personnel training mode of normal education in colleges and universities.Meanwhile,there are several practical significance in perfecting the pattern and enhancing the quality and efficiency of in-post teaching practice by studying its' current situation.In this paper,it takes the 2012 grade students of S University as normal college student,who have already completed the internship; and then by studying the teaching practice's situation to point out the exist problem and put forward some countermeasures.According to this research we arrive to an conclusion that the majority of students can do well in-post teaching practice and very few students can not complete in-post teaching practice.Otherwise,in-post teaching practice is influenced by students' level of knowledge,school type and class type.
