A Comparative Study on the Situations of Network Learning between Teachers of Ethnic Groups and Han Chinese in Xinjiang

This paper investigates situations of network learning between teachers of ethnic groups and Han Chinese in Xinjiang,which mainly focuses on network learning times,network learning resources acquisition,conditions of network learning,interpersonal interaction in network learning and effects of network learning.On one hand,through independent sample tests,we found there is a significant group difference in the first two items; while no group difference was found in the latter three items.On the other hand,through ANOVA analysis,we found that male teachers of ethnic groups were not proficient in network learning and needed improving in the future; the aged and the senior teachers of ethnic groups were poorer than the teachers of Han Chinese in the autonomy of network learning and the interpersonal interaction of network learning,for which we needed to pay more attention to; the situations of network learning of the teachers of ethnic groups in town was also poor and their autonomy of network learning and the interpersonal interaction of network learning needed improving as well.
