Objective: To study and analyze the effect of urapidil on the inhibition of sympathetic storm-related malignant arrhythmia in cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR). Methods: Eighty patients with sympathetic-related malignant arrhythmia were enrolled from September 2015 to September 2016. They were divided into observation group( n = 40) and control group( n = 40). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and the patients of the observation group were treated with urapidil. Results: The effective rate of treatment was 85. 00% in the observation group, higher than that of 62. 50 % in the control group( P 0. 05). After treatment, the levels of heart rate( HR),left ventricular end systolic diameter( LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter( LVEDD) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05) and the level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). The number of cardioversion in the observation group was less than that of the control group( P 0. 05),while the rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of atrioventricular block, hypotension and arrhythmia between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: In the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, urapidil treatment is beneficial to improve the cardiac function, accelerate the rate of arrhythmia, reduce the number of cardioversion, and improve the therapeutic effect, which can be actively promoted and applied in clinical practice.
