Objective: To explore the effect of digestive endoscopy in diagnosis and submucosal dissection of early gastric cancer. Methods:128 cases of early gastric cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with64 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical treatment, while the observation group received digestive endoscopic submucosal dissection( ESD). The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, length of stay and complications between the two groups were compared. Results:The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were shorter or less than those of the control group,P 0. 05. The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,P 0. 05. The incidence of complications in the observation group was4. 69 %,which was significantly less than 20. 31 % in the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusion: For patients with early gastric cancer, submucosal dissection of digestive endoscopy can obtain a relatively ideal diagnostic effect, and effective treatment can be carried out to the patients.
