Electrical Control System Design of Long Distance and Multi-direction Belt Conveyor with Logical Approach

Traditional electric control system design of long-distance and multi-direction belt conveyor can realize long-distance and multidirection transportation of goods. However, there are some problems such as trivial control, high failure rate and motor overload. Therefore, this paper proposes electrical control system design of long distance multi-direction belt conveyor with logical approach. The electrical control system of logic approach is to realize the control to objects by control loop through controlling the secondary circuit of the electrical equipment. Improve remote control module and sensor control module, and add the electromagnetic valve control module as well as anti-interference design, in order to realize the automatic control of belt conveyor, the monitoring of equipment running status, the measurement of operational data, and the protection for equipment motor.
