Kinematic Analysis on the Portable Hydraulic Spreader Based on ADAMS

Hydraulic spreader is a tong-shaped object, which adopts the principle of force-amplifier, so it has the most powerful tear,pull and expansion in rescue. Based on some type of portable hydraulic spreader, this paper establishes its kinematic closed-loop vector model, and establishes simplified simulation model of the spreader in ADAMS. The virtual experiment result shows that the acceleration of this spreader is smaller and relatively stable, with good dynamic performance.
