The Detection Method of the Metal Material Memory of Weld Assembly Stress Concentration under Different Heat Treatment Conditions

In the detection of metal material memory, by means of the detection and analysis on the magnetic field strength of weld assembly under different heat treatment conditions, it is clear to find the influence of different heat treatments on metal materials. The comprehensive mechanical properties as well as physical and chemical properties of metal materials are excellent, and the extensive applications of metal materials in the industrial field also drive the development of heat treatment technology. During discussing on the detection method of metal material memory of weld assembly stress concentration under different heat treatment conditions, this paper designs the detection methods of metal material memory with different heat treatment conditions, and then conduct experiments on the metal detection of weld assembly under different heat treatment conditions, so as to better understand the important role of heat treatment in metal detection.
