Research Progress of Cleaning and Thawing Equipment on Meat Food

Thawing and cleaning has been a very important part of food operation, especially meat processing technology, the quality of meat directly affects the quality of the thaw, and clean or not directly affect the food hygiene indicators. This paper introduces the research status and progress of cleaning device and thawing equipment in recent years, we found that the cleaning device's structure is single, and it always waste water, product poor cleaning effect; thawing equipment is complex, need long time to thaw meat and the quality of thawing is poor. In view of the above problems, we have carried on the thorough research to it.
