THE CHANGES OF STROCYTE IN PROCESS OF RENOVATION FOLLOWING TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY IN MOUSE

25 Kunming mice were made into models of traumatic brain injury by surgery. To study the proliferous process of astrocyte,brain tissue at injuried region was excavated and examined pathologically on the third day and once from the first to fouth weed after surgery, respectively. The results showed that there were generous proliferous astrocytes at injuried region in the third week after surgery, arid glial scar in the fouth week.
