Objective:To explore the effects of different ways on cancerous pain and their adverse reactions.Methods:Fourty six patients with cancerous pain diagnosed by pathology were divided into two groups randomly,group A and group B.The patients in group A were given mscontin through rectum and patients in group B by mouth.Each patient used 30 mg,every 12 hours,twice a day.Results:The CR+PR in the two groups were 82 6% and 91 3% respectively.After handled by statistics,there was no obvious difference between and their effects and adverse reactions in the treatment of cancerous pain .Conclusion:Giving mscontion through rectum was a safe,effective and easy way to treat cancerous pain.
