Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive operation with arthroscopy in the treatment of tibia plateau fractures. Methods From September 2011 to September 2013,72 cases with tibia plateau fracture were included in this research, with 36 cases of minimally invasive incision with arthroscopy in treatment group and 36 cases of completely open reduction and fixation in control group, and the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results The excellence rate of the clinical treatment of patients in the treatment group was 83.3%,and the excellence rate was 55.6%in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P0.05).There was no significant difference(P0.05)in operation time between both groups without statistical significance;the length of incision, the amount of blood during operation, the healing time and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05),with statistical significance. The incidence rate of complication in the treatment group was 2.8%,significantly lower than that of control group which was16.7%(P0.05),with statistical significance.ConclusionTreatment for the tibia plateau fracture with minimally invasive operation with arthroscopy is feasible, can reduce the damage to patients, get a faster recovery time and better treatment effect, and reduce the costs of treatment,so it deserves promotion and application in clinical practice.
