Objective To observe the effect of compound anisodine combined hyperbaric oxygen in treatment for retinal artery occlusion. Methods One hundred and three cases(103eyes)were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 53cases(53eyes)and control group 50cases(50eyes).Xueshuantong,nitroglycerin,inosine,adenosine triphosphate and hyperbaric oxygen treatment were used for control group. In addition to the control group treatment method, compound anisodine was given retrobulbar injection and was injected subcutaneously around superficial temporal artery.Visual ocuity and Visual field were examined to evaluate the effects of the therapy. Results After 3days,7days and 14 days respectively,in the aspect of improving visual ocuity and visual field, the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05)and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The compound anisodine combined hyperbaric oxygen in treatment for retinal artery occlusion was an effective method.
