Deformation Measurement and Finite Element Analysis of Broadside Launch Facility

The broadside launch facility of Fujian certain shipyard can bear the launch weight of 1800 ton.In order to enhance the launch capacity to 2300 ton by evaluation and reinforcement rationally,the in situ deformation measurement on the launch facility of 1800 ton launch weight was carried out,and the finite element analysis model on mechanics behavior during the ship movement was established by using the software ABAQUS.The calculated results agree well with the experimental results.Furthermore,the mechanics behavior of launch facility during the 2300 ton ship movement was analyzed.The weak place and wheel pressure were gotten,which provides a basis for the improvement of broadside launch facility and foundation.
