This article attempts to sum up the main problems in the process of exploiting and utilizing land resources of Hukou through synthetically analysing its land resources char- acteristics and present utilization.It wands to explore possible paths for rational exploitation and utilization of land resources and provide scientific basis for Hukou's agricultural and eco- nomical construction.
