Screening of Unease Inhibitors from Plants

The urease inhibition rate by maceration extract of seventy two kinds of plant leaves was determined. The results showed that the maceration of Oleaceae, Pinaceae, Lauraceae, Moraceae , Theaceae and Inglandaceae had high inhibition rate.The plant with the strongest inhibition was Salvia splendens with inhibition rate being 55.70%.
