Purification of Cd~(2+) Ions in Waste Water by Electroflotation

In this paper,purification of Cd2+ ions in waste water by electroflotation has been discussed.In the flotation device,the insoluble anode is an oxide-coated titanium plate.Some main influencing factors to electroflotation efficiency are discussed,which are initial pH of the solution,current density,flotation time and the surfactant SDS,by analyzing these factors,the optimum electroflotation conditions are obtained,moreover,this also provides referential information for the depth purification of Cd2+.
