EXPERIMENT STUDY ON VIBROSEIS SEISMIC REFLECTION FOR METAL DEPOSITS

An experiment of portable high-frequency vibrator(PHV) seismic reflection at dashihe iron mine of hebei province was conducted. The advantages of PHV mainly are high-resolution and free choice of sweep frequencies and the amplitude spectrum control for sending the energy to underground. A comparison of the PHV with WACKER shows that the innovative seismic source is better than other seismic sources, as the PHV sources working steady and efficiency.
