THE TECTONIC EVOLUTION OF ARCHAEAN HIGH-GRADE METAMORPHIC TERRANE,EASTERN HEBEI,CHINA
Liu Zhihong; Yang Zhensheng(Department of Earth Sciences)
According to differences of geological feature,Arcbaean high-grademetamorphic terrane in eastern Hebei province can be divided into two tectonic units:1 )linear zone in the west, and 2)oval region in the east.Field evidences suggest that thetectonic ovals are main products of the soridity to semi-solidity ballooning diapir ofplutons. The shape of ovals is longer in the west and shorter in the east, which is due tosuperimposition of ductile deformation zone(DDZ)of deep tectonic facies (DTF).Thelinear tectonic zone, exhibited as tectono-metamorphic compex zone is produced by theDDZ of medium tectonic facies. The presentIon of the linear zone and oval region isrelatively late, but the differentiation of the east and the west is earlier than 3563 Ma.
