The Influence of mixing process on leady paste properties

Leady paste is an important component of VRLA battery and a key to determine the properties of the plates. The Influence of mixing process on paste properties was studied when the same paste formula and equipment were used. The results showed that the properties of leady paste were quite different with dissimilar paste mixing processes such as distinct mixing methods, velocities of adding dilute sulphuric acid, volumes of adding adjustment water.
