Migration of antimony impurities in citric acid/sodium citrate system used to leach the scrap lead paste

On the analysis of the existing form of antimony impurity, migration of antimony impurity was studied in citric acid/sodium citrate system used to leach the recycled waste lead paste. The experimental results showed that when the dosage of the leaching agent was fixed, the impurities were transferred to the solution with the prolonging of reaction time. The conversion rate of antimony was relatively high, can reach about 97 %. Circulation experiments showed that with the increase of cycle times, the content of antimony in the liquid phase was decreased, and the proportion of antimony in the solution was only 38 %, and the majority of the impurities entered into the solid phase in the third cycle.
