Research on Improving the Efficiency of Human Resources Management in Universities Based on the Theory of Competing Values Framework

As an excellent and special human resource,the human resources in universities in China are the key factors to promote the core competence in universities and promote the development of economy and society.With the rapid expansion of the number of college teachers,the problems such as the lag of management concept,the irrational structure of human resources,the weakness of the evaluation system and the effectiveness of incentive mechanism have become increasingly prominent. Combined with the strategic positioning in university,this paper dialectically studies the strategic human resource management effectiveness model and the role and skills of managers by the innovative theory of competition value framework. It is thought that update from the management concept of human resources management,improvement of the modern management skills assessment and evaluation system as well as the occupation career management reform and continuous improvement are effective measures to improve the efficiency of human resource management in universities.
