Discuss of human resources flexible management in university

Xiong Yan(Higher Education Institution of Wuhan University of Technology Hubei Wuhan 430070)  
The flexible management mode is a kind of mode that suite to manage high-quality high IQ staff,it has got a good application effect in enterprises especially in knowledge-type enterprises.The characteristic of university human resources is similar with it of knowledge-type enterprise human resources.So,this article analyzes the characteristic of the university human resources,and probes the realization way of flexible management of human resources in university.
