Why Has the Improvisation of Piano Playing Been Developping Slowly in the Normal University

Wu Yue-hua (Xuzhou Normal University, Jiangsu Xuzhou, 221116)  
There are two reasons resulting in the improvisation of piano playing been developing slowly in the Normal University.The one importance reason is that market economy of socialism is not enough perfection.Another is that thinking of Chinese people different from the western and course of the normal university has some deficiency.
