In order to hand down and brighten the splendid calture, it is very urge to condact the education. Pupils are the future of a nation, and elementary cultivation, primary education is a very important stage for their growing period, in which National Culture education,shoald be carried out.The sections related to it should make policy and measures as soon as possible and the participants should do something to make the education put into effect.
