Well-optimized Teaching and Learning Design with Its Best Efficiency

In accordance with students' real characteristics and present development situation,this article discusses the problems that our teachers should determine rational teaching objective,stick to “learner-centered” teaching and learning ideas,optimize classroom teaching and learning process,infiltrate moral education into teaching and optimize multi-media design,etc.to optimize classroom teaching and learning design,and improve teaching efficiency.
