Pay Attention to Teachers' Knowledge Development Promote the New Curriculum Reform

There are many ideas that deserve expectation in the development of the new round experiment of basic education reform.However,these ideas' implementations depend on teachers' quality.Teachers' knowledge is the core content of teachers' quality,its development will directly influence teaching quality and process of the new curriculum reform.Accordingly,this paper discusses the model of teachers' knowledge development and makes some suggestions that can foster teachers' development from the perspectives of modeling view.
