On Practical Strategies of Educational Equality

Educational equality is one important part of social equality.In the social equal system,it has foundational,overall important,guiding strategic sense.It has ten practical strategies:depending on the gauge legally,doing it fast and well,fulfilling responsibilities,centralism and efficiency,running private schools and public schools,overall plan uniform allocation,helping the poor and the weak,creating the high quality education and the characteristic education,reforming switchers and optimizing study and education.Only by carrying out these practical strategies,can we follow the Legal system idea of educational equality,obey the scientific guide of educational equality,breakthrough the bottleneck of funds,ram the school conditions of educational equality,widen the channels of educational equity,activate the intelligence resources of educational equality,construct the compensation mechanism of educational equality,make the demonstrative strength of educational equality,raise the levels of educational equality,and fulfill the quality lawsuit of educational equity.By educational equality,we can realize the strategic targets that we give priority to developing the education and constructing a powerful country with plenty of labor resources.This is a sacred responsibility and honorable duty,which the Party gives the educators during the Party's 17th Representative Conference.
