The Analyses on College Pedagogical Students' Microteaching Practice Under the Sight of Teacher Career Development

The microteaching is one kind of teaching method that it takes the modern education theory as a foundation,takes the pedagogical students or working teachers as the targeted trainee,and concentrates solving some specific teaching questions by using the modern education technological means.From the teacher career development's angle,that it thoroughly analyzes the importance,existence subject matter,and the question's main solution countermeasure of the practice of university pedagogical students' microteaching has the very important theory and practical significance to further deepen the pedagogical students' understanding before teacher duty raises,and promote the elementary education and the higher education curriculum construction and curriculum reform.
