SHA Xing-xin(Senior High School of Suining,Xuzhou,221200,China)
Affected by the present commodity economy, the fluidity of talented people has increased, most mid-aged teachers have sought jobs outside the rural middle schools and so newly-graduated young teachers as well as old teachers with over-20-year experience make up the majority in the countryside. But former teaching training was mostly based on mid-aged teachers, enormously restricting the promotion of the professional accomplishment and educational teaching abilities of most rural teachers. Therefore,it's necessary to enhance the training of the young and old rural teachers and make pointed and layered training plans, based on their knowledge structure, ability structure and the psychological characteristics as well.
