The Reflection on the Professional Development of the Junior School Teacher in China

The reform of new curriculum proposes new requirement on the view of education,curriculum,teacher,and students.The professional development of junior school teacher faces many difficulties.The author made an analysis on the structure of profession by defining the concept of professional development of junior school teacher.The way of professional development of the teachers has been aroused by analyzing the influential factors and existing problems of their professional development.The countermeasures are to construct the integrated educational system,to carry out the professional cultivation,to reform the educational curriculum for junior school teachers,to strengthen the construction of the discipline of education,to develop the awareness of their scientific research,to build up the cooperative platform,to form the community of teachers' development.
