Discussion on the Assessment of Teachers’ Behavior in Class Teaching of Mathematics

During the process of Methematics teaching in high school,the complishment of congnitive goal has failed to consider students’ other abilities except the teacher’ s focus on students’ congnition.Traditional correspondent teaching design has blocked the flexibility and adaptability in the teaching.Such class teaching usually ignored the practical need of students.The assessment of teachers’ behavior includes:advanced teaching concept,the improvement of preparation for class,the development of students’ creativity,the assessment of students’ learning,the reflection of class teaching.
