The Exploration on Popularization of Preschool Education in Northwest Poor Rural Areas

The national education reform and development of long-term program (2010-2020) has brought opportunities for the development of preschool education in northwest poor rural areas.However,this area still faces many difficulties in the popularization process of preschool education,such as poverty,limited pre-school education resources,the neglect from local governments and low teacher quality.In order to speed up the popularization process,specialized development fund for pre-school education should be set and development plans should be properly distributed;relevant policies and measures should be created so as to strengthen the management of private kindergartens and guidance;the preschool teachers' position, salary and education should be improved.
