Southeast Chongqing Multi-national Area Countryside Teacher Career Development Investigation and Ponder

Plans the city and countryside education comprehensive reform pilot area as the country,Chongqing is devoting comprehensively in implements the city and countryside education overall plan development,its key point is the rural education reforms and develops,but the key lies in the countryside teacher's career development.Southeast Chongqing is Chongqing only national autonomy area,relates Chongqing "a body two wing" the area development strategy and the multi-national area promotion,this cannot leave the city and countryside education overall plan development the comprehensive reform,urgent needs to pay attention to this local countryside teacher's career development fully.This research foothold city and countryside education overall plan's macroscopic background and the angle of view,to Chongqing southeast the multi-national area countryside teacher in specialized aspects and so on personality,specialized knowledge,specialized ability,policy safeguard and continuing education have carried on the questionnaire survey and the interview,the research have promulgated southeast on the spot Chongqing the multi-national area countryside teacher career development basic present situation and many realistic questions,and has carried on the corresponding analysis discussion,to promotes the western multi-national area countryside teacher career development and the city and countryside education overall plan has certain reference value.
