On Optimization Strategy of Wisdom Practice of the Preschool Teacher

Preschool teacher's wisdom practice,as the need for children's development,for dealing with emergencies in teaching and the support for teacher's professional development,plays a very important role in guiding children's mental and physical growth as well as in promoting teacher's professional development.Therefore,it is a hot topic in preschool education research.The exploration of the optimization path and strategy of wisdom practice is also what the scholars are concerned about recently.Based on the understanding of the value and basic concept of preschool teacher's wisdom practice,the authors put forward four effective optimization paths and strategies,which are designed to help teachers in their professional practice to get and share better practice wisdom,promote their own professional development and provide more high-quality guidance for children.
