On Moral Standard of Essential Qualification of Early Childhood Teachers

The strategic aim to popularize preschool education in the Planning Outline enhanced the demands for early childhood teachers.At present,when quantity and quality are indispensable,it is necessary to set morality as an essential qualification standard for preschool teachers.In order to ensure the perfect application of moral standard in early childhood teachers' recruitment,it's necessary to make the connotation of moral standard clear enough,set relevant target system in terms of the temperament and personality,the psychic sensitivity,the feelings of love,the individual virtue and the willingness and the ability to communicate with children,stick to practical,processing and comprehensive evaluation principles,and establish dialogue,observation and investigation and some other operational methods.
