On Realistic Reflection of the Current Situation andthe Training of Preschool Teachers in Sichuan

Based on the on-the-spot investigation of the current situation of the demands for preschool teachers in all kinds of day cares and kindergartens at different levels in Sichuan and combined with the realistic problems in preschool teachers' training,such as specialty orientation,curriculum setup and the employment of the graduates and so on,the thesis puts forward that the training of preschool teachers should meet the demands of the market,the construction of curriculum and specialties should be strengthened,the talents cultivation model should be standardized,homogenization trend should be avoided,the position and characteristics of specialty construction and talents training should be given prominence to and should be developed in their own way.
