Study on the Cultivation System for Male Kindergarten Teachers

Male teachers are of great significance for the development of preschool education.Although researchers have provided some good ideas for better training of male kindergarten teachers,how to establish a cultivation system to train male kindergarten teachers with a sense of happiness and competence is still unresolved.The system introduced in this paper is based on the experience of College of Preschool Education.It consists of four parts with a pyramid structure,including supply and demand coordination system,educational resource system,quality monitoring system,and development support system.On the top is the ultimate vision,which is to train male teachers who should integrate their personal pursuit of life value with the demand of the society for children's better development.Below that there are three other obstacles that we should get rid of,including directing the publicities,realizing male teacher's professional value,and bringing out male teachers' advantages and specialties.
