The Quality of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students and Its Cultivation

The relationship between teachers and students is a multi-property and multi-level system which develops dynamically and changes all the time.As the leading role of building harmonious relationship between teachers and students,teachers should view a problem with a developing perspective and consider the following 4 parts:the particularity of the occasion,the differences of students,the key of events,as well as the uniqueness of teachers.
