On Psychological Education System Construction for Middle School Students in Tibet

With the unceasing developmentof economy inTibet,deep social contradictions become increasingly prominent.The growingTibetan adolescents face all kinds of complexpsychological conflicts and pressure.Comparedwith other regions,the living environment,social cultural environment and the students' psychology all have their own uniqueness in Tibet.If copy the mainland psychological education model, teachers may be faced withmany problems and difficulties.Therefore,by teasing out the research literature of the middle school students' mental health education inTibetin recentyears,the paper summarizes the existing problems and putsforward the construction goals and tasks of Tibetan middle school students' psychological education.The purpose is to lay a solid foundation for the Tibetan students' happy life and healthy growth through actively delivering lectures,psychological propaganda tomake sure its practice,the interpenetration of the subject curriculum and activities curriculum,the establishment of"Listen to YourHeart" and"Whisper" mailbox and other specific ways,aswell as through"homeschool" cooperation,"school-community" cooperationwhich can effectively make up the deficiency in school psychological education and contribute to form jointed efforts.
