On System Construction for Professional Development of University Teachers

Nowadays,teachers' professional development fails to be a focus issue in many universities.Their problems related to career, family,physical and psychological health are usually regarded as personal concerns.Professional development has become teachers' personal matter, the arbitrariness of which brings about poor results for professional development in universities.Better results of teachers' professional development not only depend upon their personal need,but also require local governments and universities to provide formal direction and system guarantee.
