Empirical Analysis of the Status Quo and Countermeasures of New Teachers' Teaching Skills——A Case Study of English MajorGraduates of Ili Nornal University

Based on a random sampling questionnaire and interview,the paper tries to describe and analyze the status quo of the new teachers' teaching skills from the perspectives of verbal skills,writing skills, instructional design capabilities,classroom teaching skills,classroom control skills and evaluation skills,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve their teaching skills.The findings have a certain reference value on training teachers and administrators to improve normal university students' teaching skills.
