Analysis of Educating Students with Teachers' Morality through Phenomenology

To educate students with their own high moral values is the bounden duty of teachers,and a teacher without morality is not a real teacher. Phenomenology thinks that the world in which we live is composed of the individual's unique life experience,but also has a hidden meaning behind the behavior of everyone,which affects the individual's feelings,judgments and choices about the surrounding environment,and thus gives birth to a unique human activity. Only when the teacher takes his own virtues as an intrinsic factor to serve for his external educational activities while teaching,is this real educating people with morality. The establishment of teachers' morality means putting their feelings and emotional experience based on the interests of the students into action,educating people means the teachers' educational behavior are student-centered. Therefore,to educate students with teachers' morality is the harmony and unity of their internal sincere emotion of education and external education behavior.
