A Study on the Non Universal Tutorial System under the Background of Dual-track Thinking in Undergraduate Academic Management

At present,many colleges take single track counselor system mode in managing undergraduates. While paying attention to students' daily behavior norms( political,moral,discipline,etc.),they ignore the academic guidance. This problem can be effectively solved by "dual-track thinking" management model which is combined daily management with academic guidance,that is to adopt the guidance system of the counselor system and non universal tutorial system."Non universal tutorial system" takes on the interests of the students and the two-way selection principle between teachers and students,based on the integration of production,teaching and research,with the aim of cultivating innovative and competent talents,using"school and department" double evaluation model,starts from"non universal",ends with"universal",and finally achieves the purpose of dialectical universal. The"non universal tutorial system"under "dual-track thing" is expected to provide ideas for the management of undergraduate students.
