The Empirical Research on the Difference of Graduates' Identification Degree in Supervisor's Instructive Methods——Based on the Case Study of Nanchang University

The similarity and difference of instructive methods by supervisor affects not only the construction of teacher-student relationship,but also the different effects of quality improvement. This paper makes an empirical study on the identification degree of academic type postgraduate students about their supervisor's instructive methods. It is found that the identification degree of the supervisors' group is strikingly higher than singular supervisor in the level of academic interpersonal atmosphere as well as research participation.Therefore,the paper puts forward some suggestions from multiple perspectives such as the reform of supervisor's instructive methods,improvement of academic communication and enhancement of research participation.
