Occupational Stress of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Mitigation

The stresses of teaching the theory of ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics,which mainly stem from the unique background where the lessons are given,from the atmosphere and feedback of the classes,as well as the unique context of requiring teachers' self-development and self-improvement in their individual career paths. However,some appropriate measures can be taken to relieve these stresses. First,clear the orientation of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges and to obtain social recognition. Second,pay great attention to ideological and political theory course and take full account of the curriculum characteristics of it. Third,reform the title promotion and evaluation system of teachers teaching Ideological and political theory course.
